All I have to say is that Jessie's Wobbuffet is OBVIOUSLY MALE. IF A WOBBUFFET DOESN'T HAVE LIPSTICK MARKINGS, IT IS MALE. I know Jessie's Wobbuffet was introduced in Generation 2, before gender differences, but Wobbuffet would just HAVE TO BE MALE. Because wouldn't it be inconvenient for the makers of the anime to give Wobbuffet female gender differences after HE was introduced? A MALE WOBBUFFET WILL ALWAYS HAVE NO NARKINGS. DO YOU NEED ME TO SAY IT AGAIN?! A FEMALE WOBBUFFET WOULDN'T LOOK MALE AND MOST LIKELY WOULDN'T WANT TO. It was also stated that Wobbuffet left behind its FEMALE MATE. Wouldn't it just be easier to call Wobbuffet the sex he obviously is? I can give some evidence as well: Wobbuffet doesn't have MARKINGS, it is confirmed on Bulbapedia, and he had a female mate.
