+In [[EP231|Dues and Don'ts]], the Scout re-recruits [[Jessie]], [[James]], and {{MTR}} back into [[Team Rocket]] when the trio find out that their membership had lapsed.  Initially, she presents them with [[Delibird (Team Rocket)|a Delibird]] in a cage with a recorded message, claiming that she had "caught ever so many of this [[Pokémon]]," so she was "leaving it here" for them to catch.  Promptly after their defeating of it, she asked them to join the real Team, as they were clearly "fake, phony frauds".  After an evaluation of their membership cards, she informed them of how they had not paid the necessary dues and had been booted out of Team Rocket altogether.  After they decide to rejoin, she informs them that they must defeat a group of trainers before joining and, coincidentally, selects [[Twerp|the twerps]] as reasonable candidates.  After Jessie and James's defeat, she decided that they could still join, as the Team was suffering from a lack of members.
