How is it "not notable" that Blaziken is the only starter Pokémon that isn't Gen1 to be able to Mega Evolve? Me, Hurray! (talk) 19:36, 6 February 2014 (UTC)

:Others may have a different justification, but in my opinion, it'd be because there are four starters that can Mega Evolve (four is too many to be notable), and "starters" are (1) a small enough group that narrowing it down further is getting too specific and (2) a very clearly-defined group that doesn't make very much sense to subdivide further (other than by type). == Bursyamo? Why -sya and not sha? and BA is likely not Burst. ==
バシャーモ can't be Bursyamo. If it insinuates that Burst in incorporated into the name, then it would be "バーシャーモ" (from バースト), as in Japanese Burst is written バースト rather than バスト. Ba could also be the onomatopoeia of an arrow shooting or a  sudden, abrupt movement. Also, I don'tsee why 'shamo' is being translated as 'syamo'. It's TECHNICALLY a wrong translation, but having it as "-syamo" seems inproper, as romanizing "Sha" as "Sya" is hardly ever done. It also seems like it's being romanized as "syamo" to deter from its 'supposed' etymology, Shamo (this also applies to Combusken's JP-name translation). Oddly though the "shamo" of Blaziken Japanese name is written シャーモ, while for Combusken's is written as "シャモ". Aelvir (talk) 19:28, 11 April 2015 (UTC)
