::To my knowledge, yes. I think he dressed as an apple in the episode he caught Snorlax in. Later on in the AG series, he (and James of Team Rocket), dressed up as eggplants. Later on in the Diamond and Pearl series, he, James, and Meowth (Team Rocket) also wore black jackets that had (I think, don't quote me on this) bulls-eye designs on the back in the episode where the latter two don't want to steal Jaco's Electrike. I can't remember the names of those three episodes, but those are other clothes for Ash, James and Meowth.
