:::The legend of Primal Groudon and Kyogre explictely mentions that Rayquaza used a special stone that reacted to the prayers of Hoenn to become Mega Rayquaza. This is clearly a Mega Stone. However, during the stream where Rayquaza was shown Mega Evolving against another Trainer, it said "Omega's prayer reached Rayquaza!" instead of the usual Mega Stone reacting stuff. We'll probably get more info later.
