The '''mother''' <!--(''' ''' ''mother'')--> and her '''daughter''' are two minor characters that first appeared at the beginning of ''[[M08|Lucario and the Mystery of Mew]]''. Since then, they have made cameo appearances in many [[Pokémon movie]]s.

In ''Lucario and the Mystery of Mew'', the mother is reading the history of [[Rota]] to her daughter. The little girl insists that her mother read the story again, which her mother accepts.

They appeared again in ''[[M10|The Rise of Darkrai]]'' traveling through [[Alamos Town]] when they hear the [[Space-Time Tower]] playing music. They're seen again when {{OBP|Darkrai|M10}} attacks the Pokémon.

They are seen walking past {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} during the credits for ''[[M12|Arceus and the Jewel of Life]]''.

In ''[[M13|Zoroark: Master of Illusions]]'' they're seen walking along the sidewalk behind [[Peg]].

They appeared in ''[[M14|Pokémon The Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom and Black—Victini and Reshiram]]'', they are passed by {{Ash}}, {{an|Iris}}, and {{an|Cilan}} during the battle tournament in [[Eindoak Town]]. They later witness the [[Sword of the Vale]] being lifted into the air.

They appeared in the credits of ''[[M15|Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice]]'', where they pass by {{Ash}} and {{ashfr}} on a bridge.

They make another appearance in the credits of ''[[M16|Genesect and the Legend Awakened]]'', where they are two of the guests taking the tour of [[Pokémon Hills]] with [[Eric]].
