Chansey's Lv. is listed as 23 on the outbreak page, which contradicts the encounter Lv. of 23–25 listed on the Kanto Route 13 page. I've yet to personally encounter one adorable buggers during an outbreak on Route 13 with my Lv. 24 Stantler and a sack of Repels. | |||
