TyRam took both 3rd and 4th place in the Masters division of the [[2011 PokémonWorld Championships]]. A variant called {{TCG|Reshiphlosion}} was used by Christopher Kan to win the 2011 World Championships Senior Division; his deck was then printed as a World Championship deck.
The deck's strategy focuses on consistently attacking with {{TCG ID|Black & White|Reshiram|26}}'s ''Blue Flare'' to do 120 damage every turn, starting turn 2 or 3. Typhlosion's Poké-Power, ''Afterburner'', and the standard energy attach each turn would allow the player to accomplish this.
