Normally, the leaks are revealed starting around this time of each month, but this one was a few days early, so we are suspecious as a result. To answer your question, I would say the best way to prove it (in this case, at least) would be to wait for what Game Freak has to reveal in the very near future. If what they reveal isn't in the leak, we can assume that said leak isn't official. I'm pretty sure there are other ways we can do this, but I'll let an admin explain in more detail if possible.
