In the first fight against Barry, which takes place on Route 203, he uses a Lv 7 Starly with Wing Attack. The fact that he's got a Starly isn't the problem; it's the fact that he's got a Lv 7 one with Wing Attack, which Starly doesn't learn until Lv 9. | |||
