Volcanion is a red quadrupedal Pokémon resembling a lion-dog. The front of Volcanion's body is segmented from its back legs by a teal band. The front of its body is oval-shaped and is pointed at the end, resembling a mountain. Two large cannon-like arms are situated on both sides of the top of its body. These arms are decorated with three blue loops and three blue spots each, and have an equal amount of small steam vents lining the outside. These arms are usually conjoined by golden claws, but detach when Volcanion attacks.
