:: Despite there not being much conclusive evidence (as stated above), I think that the quote ''does'' count as a Shakespeare reference (as much as I've loathed seeing his name lately... XD).  The prose-based dialogue of Wikstrom can allude to William Shakespeare's presumed style of speech and writing, and I hardly ever see the phrase "shakes spears" used in a normal context unless the reference is specifically oriented towards William Shakespeare in some way. As for where to put the trivia point, I don't see why it can't be on both Wikstrom's article ''and'' the [[List of references to popular culture in Pokémon]] (the latter of which seems unfortunately incomplete and rarely linked to); the statement ''does'' stem from one of Wikstrom's own quotes, anyway. As for the apparent omission of the ''Dragon Ball Z'' "over 9000" meme mention on the Psychic Trainer class's article, it could be that someone just never got around to it.
