'''Seaside Cave''' (Japanese: '''{{tt|海辺の洞穴|うみべのどうけつ}}''' ''Seaside Cave'') is a cavern located between {{rt|21|Unova}} and [[Undella Bay]]. It is accessible as soon as the player gets to [[Undella Town]]; however, {{tc|Black Belt}} Rocky blocks the player from exploring further until [[Drayden]] has been defeated and the player has ridden [[Team Plasma]] from [[Opelucid City]] after they have frozen it. It is also the first area in the game than an HM is needed to proceed, with {{m|Surf}} being required on Route 21 to reach this area.
