It is a little bit weird that Ash, Brock and Misty wear their clothes underwater. Even their shoes (14'34") and Misty even has the small bag around her waist. And even if we speculate that they don't have swimming suits with them, at least their shoes would be logical to be left on land, and even the boys' tops. We've seen them underwater recently (after acquiring the Storm Badge) and it was nothing like this. And all of them are standing on the sea bottom, which is difficult to do in real life.
