I've been wondering about this myself today, so I set up the following experiment: | |||
* With a {{p|Hawlucha}} leading my party, I wander Route 6 until I encounter a wild {{p|Smeargle}}. | |||
* Hawlucha uses {{m|Endeavor}}; no effect, but Smeargle {{m|Sketch}}es it. | |||
* Swapping to Yveltal, Smeargle promptly reduces the legendary bird to just 43 HP. | |||
* After using Oblivion Wing, Yveltal now has 75 HP -- a +32 recovery (or 74.4%). 75% would have been 32.25, so it fits. | |||
