So, if Cynthia appears anytime during XY, we can mainspace your page. As long as you can get it and keep it up to date as best you can. ::For me, characters from the anime itself should have your pages unique to anime characters as done for the characters of day, many other wikis use this option primarily to increase the content of their characters, the wiki of Saint Seiya has a page for every canon of each saga and its characters as well as wikis from heroes of Marvel. Cynthia had a much greater weight in the story Lyra which in turn had a page for her.
