Korrina: Difference between revisions

Korrina appears in [[Pokémon X and Y]] as a Gym Leader from [[Shalour City]]. She holds the key to understanding [[Mega Evolution]]s. She will appear and interact with the player several times during the early parts of the game, even challenging them to a battle with her two {{p|Lucario}}. One of these Lucario, over the course of these encounters, becomes attached to the player after feeling his/her [[aura]]. Upon reaching Shalour City, she introduces the player to her grandfather, who is also the self-proclaimed "Mega Evolution Guru". Trainers who defeat Korrina will receive the {{badge|Rumble}}, along with {{TM|98|Power-Up Punch}}. After battling her at the Gym, she will immediately invite the player to a rematch atop the [[Tower of Mastery]]. There, the Lucario that had become close to the player joins their team, complete with a [[Lucarionite]], and the two have a one-on-one battle, using just their Lucario, with Korrina giving the player the [[Mega Ring]] just prior to the battle beginning. Once the player obtains the rank of Marquis/Marchioness, Korrina is one of the Gym Leaders who will appear at the [[Battle Chateau]]; possessing the rank of Marchioness herself.
