:I believe it was moved back because Susie is more or less a [[character of the day]] who just happened to appear a second time. Brock is a more important character than her, and has appeared more often than she has. And although Brock said he felt it was hers all along, it was under his ownership for 141 episodes, whereas we have only seen Susie own it for two.
