I know we're waiting for official confirmation, but here are the things that point to Clemont being an Electric type leader: His official profile background is yellow, his badge looks like a device of some sort, his gym looks like it has a tech motif, he's an inventor, and his hair has a lightning bolt shaped cowlick. The name also has lemon in it, which could refer to a device that does not work correctly, which is something inventors would often face in their prototype phases.
