Absol (Pokémon): Difference between revisions

Absol is a quadrupedal, felid Pokémon with a dark blue to gray body covered in white fur. It has a ruff around its neck and chest and a tuft on the top of its head adorned with a single blue-black oval. It has a cat-like face, a scythe-like tail and a sickle-shaped growth on the side of its head. It has a sleek body, making it well suited for its life in the {{DL|List of Pokémon by habitat|Mountain Pokémon|mountains}}. Its broad feet are equipped with three claws each, and spikes protrude from the heels of its hind legs and the elbows of its anterior legs. Its head resembles a Yin-Yang symbol. Using its horn, Absol is able to sense even subtle changes in the sky and the land to predict when a natural disaster will occur and tries to warn people when one is approaching. This often has the unfortunate effect of Absol itself being blamed for the disaster. The sickle that protrudes from its head is sharp enough to cut clean slices through metal and rock.

Absol tends to be quiet and observant. It often carries an air of intelligence and serenity about it, though it can become violent and ill-willed if mistreated. Absol can be an extremely vicious adversary in battle and is known to deal attacks with flawless precision. It lives far away from civilization; when it does appear nearby, it is warning of an impending catastrophe.
