: Of course he said something after the moment the Pokémon appeared, otherwise it wouldn't be a hidden reference, but just an invitation to pause the video. And by the way, you can say the line after the moment without needing the one before the moment for it to make sense: 'When a players feelings seem to actually go into the game and combine with their Pokémon, that's when Mega Evolution happens'.
