Changes

Hey Kogoro~ I want to delete a few old pages in my userspace, but it seems my ability to delete pages has been removed even though I'm still classified as a junior administrator. :Hey, Argy, good to see you around! Junior Administrators don't have the delete ability, only full Administrators and higher have it, so that would be why you are unable to delete anything.
