:Ah! I think I now know what your problem is. Are you sure that, when you logged in to Bulbapedia, you checked the Remember Me box? In case the answer is no, then you didn't log in to the archives. Try doing that the next time, if I got it right. Also, I don't know much about roms, but if you state that the brown name you gave me was taken from the battle, then go ahead. I hadn't seen something like that before. And please, before uploading it, fill the blank space with white, and then show me. That color isn't perfect due to minor emulator issues.
