I'd mark it as trivia, but I'm unsure of it's accuracy. Is Farfetch'd the only 'fully' evolved Pokemon that can use TMs that cannot learn Hyper Beam from TM15? --Purimpopoie 21:17, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

: There's several of them out there.  Pachirisu (as already mentioned) is one, plus all three of the Hitmon____s.  None of them can learn Hyper Beam (or Giga Impact), even though they're fully evolved.  Stantler is a real oddball, learning Giga Impact but not Hyper Beam.  There might be more (I know some of the Pokémon that got evolved forms in the 4th generation were previously "fully evolved but can't learn Hyper Beam"... a hint that those evolutions were planned ahead of time?), but that's all I remember off the top of my head.  --FnrrfYgmSchnish (talk) 08:24, 10 July 2013 (UTC)
