Bliss Control is one of the four {{merch|Diamond & Pearl|2008 World Championships Decks}}, released on November 5th, 2008. Each deck comes packaged with a 2008 World Championships Booklet. Each card features a silver border, Atanassov's signature, and limited edition 2008 World Championships back. None of the cards are tournament legal.

Paul Atanassov focused on speed and disruption to earn his place as a Senior Division finalist with his Bliss Control deck. Paul used Trainers and Supporters designed to interfere with his opponent's strategies and a heavy hitter that could set up fast and could soak up a large amount of damage before getting Knocked Out!
