I asked this on Helioptile's page as well, but no one answered, so here it goes:
Whenever a new Pokemon is released, as is the case with the 4 new Pokemon recently released, we get official artwork from them. But how do we know definitely that the artwork is always by Sugimori? Of course, it is his art style, but that's not so hard to mimic for a professional...
