:Like Arcanine, I suppose it could be considered as having legendary characteristics, but really, it's not legendary. Legendaries are pretty much completely defined by the fact that they are one-per-game Pokémon that are not able to breed and produce offspring that either is or can become the same species. And, of course, how many Unown can you get? Speaking of which, in mystery dungeon, where obtainment capabilities are greatly limited (one chance per pokémon) Do you get multiple opportunities to recruit legendary pokémon (those that do not have a recruit rate of 99.9%)? If not that would be the equvalent of catching a legendary with a single pokéball.
