Victory Cup (BW Promo 29): Difference between revisions

Beginning with the Autumn 2011 Battle Roads, Victory Cup was awarded to those who won first, second, or third place at Battle Roads tournaments. In Japan, it was awarded to the top three competitors from each {{tt|league|A (limited to elementary school students), B (limited to junior high school students), and O (no age limit)}} in each of the Victory Cup events held over the course of Battle Carnival 2011. It was awarded again in the same manner to the top three competitors of the World Challenge Tournament events held over the course of Battle Carnival 2012 Spring. For Battle Carnival 2012 Autumn, the card was awarded to the top three competitors in the {{tt|Junior League|Limited to elementary school students}} and in the {{tt|Open League|Open to all ages}} of the Victory Cup 2012 events. To progress to the final 'Climax Stage' in each of the events, players had to accumulate as many consecutive wins at the 'Premier Stage' as possible, a prerequisite of which was three consecutive wins at the initial 'Challenge Stage'. When the allocated time for the 'Challenge Stage' ended, the top {{tt|four|Battle Carnival 2011}}/{{tt|sixteen|Battle Carnival 2012 Spring}}/{{tt|eight|Battle Carnival 2012 Autumn}} players in terms of consecutive 'Premier Stage' wins were eligible to enter the knockout 'Climax Stage'.
