I would have posted this on the talk page of the Bulbanews article, but I'm having difficulties changing my email address, so I could not create the talk page. Seeing as the article seemed so unclear as to whether or not these reports are true, I can confirm that the GAME branch in York is one of the shops requiring you to pre-order X & Y to receive Meloetta. Besides the image pictured in the article, two more information sheets were at either side, largely claiming the same statement about pre-ordering, if I remember correctly. Naturally, I tried seeing if I could connect with Mystery Gift regardless, but it could not get a signal. I do not have image proof, nor can I obtain it, as I only visit York when I go to college, which is now closed for Easter.
