::Before anyone else inquires, no, Mew can't learn {{m|Frenzy Plant}}, {{m|Blast Burn}}, or {{m|Hydro Cannon}} either. For one, none of those three was ever a TM, unlike the other move tutors in [[Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen]].
