Since we don't know where they are now, it's safer to just list them as "Owned Pokémon", because it's not speculative. +If we don't want to use "At Team Rocket HQ", shouldn't Team Rocket's pre-Unova Pokémon (including Woobat and Yamask) be under "Status Unknown" instead of "Currently owned"? We do it like this for Ash's Gliscor, which we do not know where its current location is either. I think Frillish and Amonguss should at least be under a separate category (preferably "On Hand"), so it doesn't look like Wobbuffet, Carnivine, Seviper, etc. are necessarily still with them.
