Wheeler's main purpose to Altru/Team Dim Sun is unknown, as he is never involved in anything too serious. However, it may be possible that he was the one behind the invasion of the Ranger Union. Wheeler is most likely Blake Hall's accountant or right hand man of some sort. He is also extremely cowardly, insecure and paranoid (or just nervous around his boss), as evidenced by the fact that he is always stroking his own hands.
