	Actually, if you have enough evs, the stat gain comes after you level up. Say you get 16 evs before leveling up. If so, then when you do level up and you get 16 atk's, youll get 4 evs. So leveling to 10 isnt necesarry		Actually, if you have enough evs, the stat gain comes after you level up.
