There's low resolution scans of the Singaporean version of ''The Electric Tale of Pikachu'' vol. 1-4 covers here on the [http://www.chuangyi.com.sg/new2/ecatalogtitle.php?title=THE+ELECTRIC+TALE+OF+PIKACHU EToP section of Chuang Yi's website].
