'''Mr. Hatterly''' (Japanese: '''ハットリ氏''' ''Mr. Hattori'') is one of the [[characters of the day]] in ''[[BW080|Clash of the Connoisseurs!]]''. He lives with [[Marigold|his daughter]] in an enormous mansion just outside [[Stonethroat Town]]. He is a wealthy man who hired both {{an|Cilan}} and [[Richard]] to help pick his daughter's first Pokémon, preferably one that was cute as she was. Since Cilan and Richard could not agree on what Pokémon she should have, he suggested that they have a battle and the winner would get to decide.
