:I don't know. I just tried going in and out of the gate at the right side of the bridge and encountered her randomly. It was nighttime though; I don't know whether that affects it. --[[User:SnorlaxMonster|<span style="color:#A70000">'''Snorlax'''</span>]][[User talk:SnorlaxMonster|<span style="color:#0000A7">'''Monster'''</span>]] 12:12, 13 January 2012 (UTC) | :I don't know. The article stated that the girl on the bridge is a ghost, despite the game never saying. They hinted towards that, but never specifically admitted it.
I am a strong believer in ghosts, yet if there is a more logical explanation to be found I'll look for it. And I think the girl might be an illusion created by her Abra (Hiding somewhere, maybe lamenting under the bridge) who misses her terribly.
I thought both sides to this were necessary so I added that in, not removing the ghost theory.
