In Emolga's game location(B2W2) section,it says that it is available in routes 5,6,etc. and availability is given as 'rare' and 'one'. :One more thing,while headbutting the trees above Kurt's house in azalea town in pokemon crystal,I found heracross,aipom and spearow which are,according to the headbutt article,mountain pokemon. But the article says that only forest pokemon are found in azalea town.
