:Hi Satoshi, don't mind me. Alexsummer, Heracross, Gyarados, and Steelix were introduced in Generations before gender differences, so there is no absolute, concrete proof of them being either gender, and We don't have any of that same proof for either Charizard or Charla, unless the Japanese verison explicitly states their  gender(s), or Attract is used by a Pokémon with a confirmed gender and it works/doesn't work, there is no proof. This is official policy, and you should stick to it. Otherwise, do not guess or assume genders based on evidence that doesn't apply to Pokémon that existed before the creation of such/is in a relationship with neither gender confirmed to our standards.
