Yeah, I created a Bulbarden Archives user, named Politoed666 (naturally). I logged in and clicked "UPLOAD." And, it gave me a "permission error," which essentially says that I am not allowed to upload media. Ticked off, I went back and made sure I was logged in. I was. So, I'm officially perplexed.
