:::::I think it is obvious that Mew was created by the pokemon team but was not meant to be in the first game or in the games at all. It would appear that they intended for uncatchable pokemon to remain uncatchable, but a certain somebody disagreed and secretly put it in, creating the first "secret unlockable character" in video game history and creating...
