If she's an early-on gym leader, that's quite a distance to travel. I mean, the anime is running on a different timeline if you want to use that argument, so perhaps she hasn't moved her gym yet. Also, Koga's gym in the anime was located outside Fuchsia City, so her's could easily be in a different place. | |||
