::: Ah, didn't know that was the issue. I made a new template (feel free to change) to remove the Japanese names from the ability list now; I did it by mass-replacing the bars with tabs, pasting it into Excel to delete the undesired column, copied it back to a text-editor and replaced the tabs with bars again. If you have any similar problems, I'd be glad to help out (the same method could easily be used to add columns/parameters).
