:First, {{p|Rotom}} [[Amorphous (egg group)|can breed]]. Second, commonly mistaken for a legendary is not the same as legendary, and Rotom is not legendary. Its base stats are far lower than those of any other {{tt|legendary|Phione excepted}} in all of its forms, and there aren't legends about it either.
