+::::;:::::I think they're just not considered notable enough to include, at least as its own page.  Think of them as being just about as noteworthy as novelty decks of cards you can find at dollar stores.  Including them on the pedia would be like including every single variation of stationery that the Pokemon Center stores cycle through on a seasonal basis.
