Now that you have the ability to use {{m|Rock Smash}} outside of battle you'll be able to smash the small rocks on the main floor of the Oreburgh to descend to the basement. For the moment you'll only be able to collect the TM for the former HM move {{m|Flash}}, but if you come back later with the bike, as well as the HM moves {{m|Surf}} and {{m|Strength}} (after collecting the fifth and sixth Badges that are required to use them outside of battle) you'll be able to collect the remaining items. Now travel through the {{rt|203|Sinnoh|same route}} you used to get to Oreburgh and return to Jubilife City. | |||
