:::::::::They may hate it but legally they may have no power over certain cases no matter what they may say. They could just be saying that just to ward off most potential violators. It is really iffy of the ''real'' legality of it, meaning who has the authority to say what is legal and illegal. Like I said, it's a very controversial topic. Best advice I have is if you ''really'' want ROMs, just download the ones you already own legal copies of. Don't distribute because that is infringement.
