::If I may add, the way Druddigon is pronounced is not that different from how dragon is pronounced. We don't usually say it like "dra-gon". We say "dra-gen" or "dra-gin". So I believe that it is a correct pronunciation. --<span style="color:#33CC66;">ケンジ</span><span style="color:#6600CC;">の</span><span style="color:#FF00CC;">ガール</span> 09:23, 11 August 2011 (UTC)

* I always figured it was based off the Welsh dragon, never watched the anime so I never heard how they pronounced it. In Welsh, the dd comes out more like a "wh" sound, hard to explain over the internet how it would precisely be said but what you essentially get it "dra-wh-gin"... for all you family guy watchers, think of how Stewie pronounces the "whip" in cool whip. The design also reminds me a lot of the welsh dragon, which is why I ended up naming mine Dilwyn. And no, I'm not from Wales, I'm just currently taking Celtic Studies at my school.user: blackamber
