:::::There is no need for two different sections of the same Pokemon. Look, technically, Mewtwo didn't use the attack. If Mewtwo hadn't been fused with the Pokemon, it wouldn't have even used (or knew) the attack. Why don't we just write on Dr. Yung's page that most of the attacks Mewtwo used was only used because it fused itself with other Pokemon. If you look at the basics, all that's really happening is ''Tropius'' is using the SolarBeam, and Mewtwo is just borrowing its head. If ''Mewtwo'' fired the attack from his own body, mouth or hands, then it would be okay. But in reality, Mewtwo didn't use it, Tropius did. For example, when Ditto transforms into a Pikachu and it uses Thunderbolt, we put it under Pikachu's page, because it's in Pikachu's body (though this isn't the best example because only Tropius's head is shown).
