::I agree with this, though. They might have put it in DPPt in case someone tried to hack the game with a pokemon holding that key item. It's a good chance SS Anne will show up in HGSS because it probably won't be identical to GSC, and possibly it could have other elements. Can't say the ship won't appear for sure.
