The signature moves of Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise are and will always be SolarBeam, Flamethrower, and Hydro Pump, respectively, since those are the moves they are always depicted using in most Pokémon media.  Furthermore, the elemental Hyper Beams didn't exist prior to Gen III, so it is technically wrong to call those their signature moves. * Actually, the signature move page itself describes a signature move as a move that can only be learned by one species of Pokémon, etc. Prior to XD, the elemental Hyper Beams could only be learned by the Kanto starters, which is why I added them as former signature moves. As for them not existing prior to Gen III, Psystrike is Mewtwo's signature move, yet it was introduced in Generation V. Make sense?
